Rishi Kapoor, who passed away at the age of 67 on April 30, 2020, after his battle with leukemia, used to share throwback pictures with his fans to keep them entertained. His Twitter is a gem collection of unseen throwback pictures.
In 2016, the late Rishi Kapoor took to his X (Twitter) and shared an old picture with Rajesh Khanna, Vinod Khanna, Jeetendra, Mithun Chakraborty, Satish Shah, and Rakesh Roshan at a charity function from 1985.He captioned it, “And all of them rivals but friends! Function to raise funds for the film industry workers, 1985, I think!.”
The late Rishi Kapoor collaborated with several actors throughout his career. He starred alongside Rajesh Khanna in the 1985 film ‘Zamana.’ Additionally, he shared the screen with Vinod Khanna in the hit movies ‘Amar Akbar Anthony‘ and ‘Chandni.”
Moreover, Kapoor also appeared in films like ‘Dosti Dushmani’ and ‘Amiri Garibi’ with Jeetendra and worked with Mithun Chakraborty in ‘Phool Khile Hain Gulshan Gulshan’ and ‘Hawalaat.’
Rishi Kapoor, before breathing his last, had been to New York to receive cancer treatment and came back to India all hale and hearty. Rishi also shot for ‘Sharma Ji Namkeen’ but couldn’t complete the part. Later, Paresh Rawal stepped into his shoes to complete the film.
