At Restaurant Carrossa, known for its fusion of traditional Spanish flavors with French finesse, Zapata Martin continues the tradition of offering a daily evolving four-course tasting menu for dinner. Signature dishes like dry-aged beef filet and knuckle of veal remain stalwarts, showcasing premium seasonal ingredients such as Majorcan fish stew.

Meanwhile, Bistro Badía presents a laid-back dining atmosphere for both lunch and dinner, featuring Zapata Martin’s innovative menu with offerings like free-range chicken in romesco sauce and the freshest catch of the day.
